In the beginning

Well I've started my blog with a picture of my favourite church, my bit of heaven on earth. But of course I hope to publish lots of pictures of my tatting in the weeks and months to come. So I hope you will join me on my blog journey!

  1. Hi Sally! Jane is your big sis? How cool! Well, I just wanted to say thank you so much for your encouraging comment on my blog today regarding my split chain! I'm slowly getting better at it! Soooooo slooooowwwwly! LOL!

I look forward to seeing your tatting you have to share. Jane has shared your tatted ornaments on her blog before! They are gorgeous! So, POST AWAY! :)

  2. Hi Sally! I just wanted to pop in and say HI!! I've been on-line friends with Jane for many years and adore her work. Have you been tatting as long as Jane has? I have been tatting for 20 years now.

This is a beautiful church. I bet it is more beautiful on the inside.

    Thanks for sharing the picture.

  3. Hi Carol, I agree Jane's work is fabulous and in time, some of it will appear on my blog! I learnt to tat over 40 yrs ago from our grandmother (Jane is a little older than me!) but I never took it seriously until the last ten years.
Parts of this church go back a thousand years and it is rich in history.
